What's in Your Crystal Ball?

Hello Friends!

And Hello 2021. Perhaps 2020 was not difficult to say goodbye to, and 1 January 2021 was met with a warm welcome. 2021 is a year of possibilities. I imagine we are all in a process of welcoming, adjusting, honing, wondering - and maybe even bracing for what's to come... If only we had that crystal ball and could see the future!

While I may not have a crystal ball, I do like to engage my own visioning process. I'm in the process of refining my vision of what it is that I want to create for myself in 2021, and beyond. It just so happens that my birthday falls in the month of January, so the combination of a new year and a new age, inspires me to revisit and refine my "Life Vision" each January. This is where I sit down and write about what I want to manifest - in every area of my life.

And you know what? The great majority of it comes true in its own due time! Not because I have a magic wand to go with that crystal ball, but because we are all manifestors - What we focus on, we create.

But this requires clarity - true inner clarity with depth. Those things that haven't come to fruition for me are typically the things that aren't meant for me, or I have had a change of heart about or the universe provided something even better than I could have even imagined! The point is: through our deep inner clarity and focused heartfelt intention, we begin to create space for our desires to become reality.

Many times people come to me and tell me with crystal clarity what it is they don't want to experience anymore. They are clear on the thoughts, feelings and life experiences that are not working for them. And more times than not, they have a great deal of difficulty articulating what it is that they DO want to experience instead. They might say "I don't want pain," but the word "comfort" isn't even in their vocabulary. This is very normal, and it's what I did too! I used to focus on my 'nos' instead of my 'yeses' because that's what was actually happening. It makes perfect sense. Now, I'm fortunate to have found the power of my 'yeses' in relation to those 'nos,' with focused heartfelt intention. And therein birthed my 'Life Vision' process. What we focus on, we create.

It's so easy to focus on the 'nos,' especially now. There is no question that we are living in topsy-turvy times. While we may find what's happening in the world around us challenging, it does at least offer plenty of contrast for our own clarity. We see something that feels like a 'no' for us, and that helps to clarity what our 'yes' is. Then the question becomes, do you continue to focus on that 'no,' or do you shift your mind to your 'yes' and focus on that? What we focus on, we create.

Don't get me wrong, it is absolutely appropriate to be very honest, aware and tuned-in to what we are experiencing inside of ourselves. All of it - the 'nos,' the 'yeses,' and even the 'I don’t knows.' And absolutely, there are times when it is most appropriate to focus on that 'no,' and dive deeper into it, or perhaps take some sort of action because it's just not okay. There's a time and a place for everything.

And for the purpose of this conversation, I want to inspire your best feeling 'yeses.' Because those good feeling 'yeses' can help you see beyond the 'nos' you are experiencing. And because clarity on those ‘yeses’ opens up the realm of possibility for you. Go within. Align within.

What’s in your crystal ball?
What do you want to create for 2021 and beyond?
What is your 'Life Vision?'

I invite you to spend some time writing it out. Only in the positive; only the 'yeses.' Write it. See it. Hear it. Feel it. Wear it. What you focus on, you can create.

I wish you and your beloveds a safe, healthy and happy 2021, and beyond,

Peace,

Lisa
