Policies are simply codes of conduct, and they represent a two-way street. They assure that professionalism is upheld by supporting consistent and clear responses to routine situations. They also help to clarify expectations which saves precious time and energy. This protects the client/therapist relationship and keeps us in good rapport, so that we can focus on getting positive results in our work together.

Because our time in session together is of utmost importance, all new clients must complete the online Intake Forms prior to our work together. These forms need to be submitted 2 business days in advance of our initial meeting. If they are not received at least 2 business days in advance of our first session, then you will lose that time slot. All clients must read and sign the Hypnotherapy Contract prior to us working together. (It is included in the Intake Forms)


Life can certainly bring the unexpected and we understand that sometimes we must cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do need to cancel an appointment with me, I need at least 24 hours notice. Your session time is reserved for you only - I do not over book in case of cancellations and rescheduled appointments. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours notice when you cancel, you will be charged a $70 short notice fee

Please be on time for our scheduled sessions. If you're running late for an appointment, do what you can to let me know. Send me an email, phone call or text message. If I don't hear from you, I'll wait for 15 minutes past our appointed time. If after 15 minutes I haven't heard from you, the appointment will be considered cancelled and the $70 short notice fee applies. If you are late, we will use the time we have remaining, and I will not go past our allotted time into another person's time.


If we have a secure video session and have a technical issue that interrupts our session, and if it's because of an issue on my line, I will not charge you for the lost time and will fulfill that time with you at another time. If our call is stopped or shortened because of a disruption on your line, such as as a dead phone, or computer battery, or an internet connectivity problem, or a repairman pounding on your roof, etc, you'll be expected to honor the financial agreement of your scheduled session time.


Payment is due at the time of service. For secure video sessions, please pay online prior to your appointment. For in-person sessions, you may pay in-person at the onset of your session. For all sessions, online payments are preferable, so that we can focus on our work together during our session. I will not go past our allotted time and into another person's session in order to take care of administrative tasks.

All packages must be paid in full at the beginning of the initial session in order to qualify for the discount. All sessions must be used within one year of purchase date. Unused package sessions are non-refundable after one year, and are non-transferable.

Children and teens will receive the same percentage discount with advance payment for 4 or 6 sessions.

One complimentary general self-hypnosis audio is given to each paying client. If you receive a complimentary audio as a scheduled new client, and then subsequently cancel your session, then you are no longer a paying client and will be charged full price for the audio.

No refunds are provided on general audios or custom audios.


Insurance Coverage: Please note that I do not file with health insurance companies for medical support clinical hypnotherapy. However, it may be covered by your health insurance policy. I'm happy to provide you with a receipt so you may submit a claim directly with your insurance company.


My office is a fragrance free office.

I require that cell phone are either turned off or put on airplane mode during our sessions so that we are not disturbed.


My commitment to you is is to use my expertise to facilitate the changes that are mutually agreed upon as in your best interest and to your heart's desire, in the shortest possible time.
